Pulsar® Donates New Pulsar® Precision Feeder To Camp Serving Special Needs Kids

A Youth Summer Camp and Environmental Education Center

More than 20 years ago, East Bay Regional Park District (EBRPD) and The Taylor Family Foundation teamed up to create Camp Arroyo on 138 acres of parkland in Livermore, California. Camp Arroyo serves as a summer youth camp and environmental education center and plays a significant role in the Bay Area.

The camp features an 82,500-gallon, 1,750 sq.ft swimming pool, opened May 15th to Oct 15th each year. During its open season, the pool is a very popular feature and is heavily used every day. A Pulsar® calcium hypochlorite feed system installed when the pool was first opened continues to provide reliable, stable chlorination operations for 22 years.
